Improve the app over time

Access to your device address book is only required so that you can select contacts.

Access to your device location in the background is only required so that access points(gates) open/trigger the app.

Should you make use of Regulars, the details of the Regular Contact are securely transmitted to our server. This is so that PINs can be sent on the schedule you dictate when the Regular Contact is created. This information is not used for other purposes or shared with 3rd parties.

Alternatively, you are free to manually enter mobile numbers for PIN generation without providing access to your device address book.

Should you make use of automatic gate triggers, access to your background location is required so that the app can receive intermittent location updates to monitor whether you are entering an access point region. When you are near to an entry or an exit, the app can be notified by the system & automatically try to open the access point. Your background location information is not stored, nor shared with 3rd parties.

Alternatively, you are free not to enable auto-triggers as it is opt-in feature.
